The first annual National Elite Futures Softball Camp was held October 8-9, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The softball camp brought together 44 of the top young players from across the country in the 2007, 2008, and 2009 classes.  48 of the top collegiate coaches in the country and USA Softball representatives attended this inaugural event, and every player in the camp went on to earn scholarships at top 25 programs at the Division 1 level.  24 players in the camp also received invitations to the Jr. National Team tryout a year later.

The second annual camp was also held in Las Vegas in October and featured 64 of the finest players in the country.  Again, the camp was a huge success and featured over 50 of the finest collegiate coaches in the NCAA.  Again, every player in the softball camp received scholarship offers from top 25 programs representing every major conference in the United States.

The third annual Elite Futures Camp was moved to Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, CA and was expanded to its present number of 72 players.  Mt. SAC is the permanent home of the National Elite Futures Camp and will remain so for years to come.  The fifth annual softball camp attracted 85 coaches representing over 60 Division 1 programs that spanned the East Coast, the West Coast, the South, the Northwest and the Midwest.  The National Elite Futures Camp has become one of the premier recruiting events in the softball world and is the only camp event that is recognized by the top collegiate coaches in America and USA Softball.
