• The game has exploded and there are huge numbers of potential players.
• College coaches are only able to answer a fraction of the emails they receive.
• There is a great chance that the schools you contact will not be looking for a player at your position, particularly if you are not a pitcher.
• College coaches are rarely, if ever, able to stay and watch an entire Showcase game.
