The Rosetta Canyon Jamboree always serves as the West Coast’s lead-off event for each recruiting season. It was created in conjunction with Zoom Into June and is recognized as an elite event by college coaches in the ACC, the SEC, the Big 10, the Big 12, and other high level college conferences. This year marked the 16th year of this event, initially held at Diamond Valley Sports Park in Hemet. A large number of great players have passed through this event, including Alyssa Brito (Oklahoma), Kedra Luschar (Oregon), Emily Jones (Stanford), Tatum Anzaldo (Cal), Jordan Woolery (UCLA), Rylee Holtorf (Florida), just to name a few. A special shoutout to Holly Medina (Cal) who helped us with the Jamboree, but also attended previous OnDeck events! We expect several of this year’s group to emerge as great college players in the years ahead.

It would be impossible to mention all the players who showed well on the day. Let it suffice to say that all these athletes will play at the next level if they choose to. Naturally it will take lots of hard work and perseverance in the years ahead. But they all are solid college prospects who just need to continue to work on their skill set and athleticism. However, there were a few who really stood out to all of us who were evaluating.

Three young pitchers made a great impression Nate Walker (Diamond Solutions). Nate joined OnDeck years ago and is an invaluable addition to our evaluation group. 2028s Kearney Opfergelt (Cent. CA Khaos) and Brooklyn Ainsworth (Lady Magic) showed real promise in the circle. 2029 Annabel Sherman (Batbusters) also had a good day with her Rapsodo testing. Kearney has solid velocity with good, emerging spin. Brooklyn has good velocity for her age with a good blend of pitches that move vertically. And Annabel is sophisticated for her age group with good velocity and a good mix of highly effective pitches. All three have a real chance if they continue to improve their velocity, master their change of speeds, and develop their command.

As for the position players, 2026 OF Hailey Toth (Firecrackers Leles) might still be looking, but by the end of the summer she should be well on her way towards making a college decision. She is a solid player who will be an everyday starter at the next level. Fellow NorCal star 2027 OF/C Kiley Abrojena (LTG Henderson) also had a really nice day. This young lady can really swing the bat, and she is a solid outfielder and catcher. 2027 SS Sienna Owen (Unity Ricks) put on a show defensively at SS. A pair of 2028s were impressive, corner Scarlett LaBriola (Firecrackers Brashear) is a monster hitter. She will be hitting in the middle of whatever college line-up she is in four years from now. 2028 SS Delanie Cloyd (Corona Angels) is an aggressive offensive talent who is very solid defensively. And finally three youngsters made their debut on the national stage as they begin their recruiting saga. 2029 hitter Stella Mares (Nevada Lightning), 2030s 2B Kailani Quinonez (Arizona Rising) and Marlowe Mittag (Explosion), all will be high level recruits if they keep working on their game.

We want to thank all the players, parents, and helpers that made the 2025 Rosetta Canyon Jamboree so great! We look forward to seeing you all this summer.

Please remember that the ODM numbers, while growing increasingly important, are only a snapshot of a player’s evaluation and potential. Use these numbers as a tool and work at developing your athleticism, but constantly work on improving and refining your softball skill set – both offensively and defensively.

These numbers have also been posted to your profile.
